How Do You Time The Engine After Replacing The Water Pump? on 1995 Chrysler Concorde

I recently replaced the water pump on the car, put everything back together and it wouldnt start, so took it apart and have been trying to place the pulleys in the right spot ever since.

Go to http://www.autozone.com/autozone/ sign up its free and put in your vehicle make model and engine size and click on repair guide then click on engine and engine overhaul and on the left hand side click on water pump scroll down to 3.5 and here is complete instructions to R and R your water pump with timing instructions.
