Question: How do you reset your abs brake light on a 93 chevy g20 van?

can a hard hit on the master cilender make the abs light come on. and can i take the battery off to reset the control module so the abs light will go off . or do you thing there might be something els rong?

    When ABS light is on a fault code is set in the Antilock system . The aid of an Automotive scanner is used to obtain and properly inspect stored fault codes. Perform visual inspection of system by checking wiring harness connectors for looseness and harness routing. Pay particular attention to wheel speed sensor wiring harness routing. Inspect applicable fuses in fuse block and ground connections. Ensure brake fluid level in master cylinder reservoir is full.
