Question: How do you replace the wheel bearings?

Are the wheel bearings a part that can be replaced by DIY or do you have to take the car to a repair shop? Does anyone know how to do it?

    These are fairly easy, just remove the brake caliper, rotor and unplug the ABS wire. Four bolts in the rear and the axle nut come off and the bearing is out.

    I just finished replacing both front wheel bearing and hub assemblies. I found that the hubs were very difficult to remove because they were siezed in the steering knuckle.
