The side fender lamp is accessible through the front wheel well. Turn the wheel toward the inside of the well for easier access. There are 2 screws that need to be taken out that will allow you pull the splash guard open enough to reach the socket. Turn the light socket about a quarter turn and it should come out. Replace the lamp and insert the socket making sure the gasket seals...give it a quarter turn to tighten it. Screw down the splash guard and you're done.
