how do you replace the spark plug sin a 2000 Mitsubishi Galant I4 es 2.4 engine?

    Your engine has two ignition coils secured with I believe a 10m headed bolt, remove this bolt, remove the electrical connection from both ignition coils each coil has a spark plug wire that supplies ignition spark to on other cylinder. take note of which coils go in which cylinders and where the plug wires go, after that replacing the plugs is easy..

    what could happen if the coils are not put in right or the spark plugs are not gaped right?
