According to parts look up, your vehicle has Model 9003 headlamp bulb. That means you can remove and replace the bulb only. You will have to open the hood and access the rear of the headlamp assembly. First you must disconnect the vehicle wiring harness connector from the bulb. You might want to use a small mirror to get a better view and you will have to see the type of locking clip that is used to retain the connector on to the bulb. Some you have to press down on the front end of the clip and then pull back away from the bulb to disconnect the the bulb. Others you push down on a tab at the rear of connector to release it. Once you have disconnected the wiring from the bulb, you should be able to see the rear of the bulb and the type of retainer it has. Ford usually used a large dark plastic ring, you turn it counter clock wise to remove the ring, then you can just pull the old bulb out. When you install the new bulb, make sure that you do not touch the glass area of the bulb with your fingers. The oils from your fingers actually affects the longevity of the new bulb, try to use a clean oil free paper towel if you have to touch the glass of the bulb. Install in the reverse order and make sure that when you plug the connector onto the bulb you hear a click, this is assurance that the locking tab has engaged. Test the operation and you should be done. Good luck.
