REMOVE INSIDE ENGINE COVER. REGULATOR I THINK IS HELD IN PLACE WITH A HOLD DOWN BRACKET.
NOW, SYSTEM IS UNDER PRESSURE FIND SCHRADER VALVE AND PURGE!! REMOVE BRACKET PULL OLD PART OUT AND REVERSE TO INSTALL.
DO NOT TURN KEY ON UNTIL PART IS BACK IN PLACE!!!! AFTER INSTALLED START ENGINE AND CKECK FOR LEAK.
A LITTLE LUBE ON O-RING WILL AID IN INSTALL. PRETTY INVOLVED JOB. DON'T KNOW YOUR SKILL LEVEL SO YOU MAY WANT TO GET SOME HELP.

If you need to ask this question, take it to a certified repair center in your area. The fuel pressure regulator located under the upper intake plenum.
