Question: how do you remove the wheel hub assembly on the front of a 4x4 silverado?

the hub is froze and will not loosen with pounding. none of the slide hammers or pullers will work because the center of the hub has the beering bolt.

    Make sure that the big nut that holds the hub assembly onto the axle is removed and there are three short bolts on the backside of the assembly that have to be removed,if this is done then keep on using the sledge.
