The one the belt from the alternater is on.

There is a tensioner that you have to loose up There is a bolt on middle of pulley that you have to loose first then find the bolt that moves the pulley up and down. Then remove belt . Then you can unbolt the idler pulley I think you need 12 and 14 mm wrench and or socket with drive.
