Question: How do you remove bushing from front control arm?

I have the bolts removed from bushing, but cannot determine how to remove the bushing from the end of the control arm?

    Spray some lube on the bush, tweak it in either clockwise and anti clockwise directions repeatedly, while pulling and it should come off.
