2009 Mitsubishi Lancer Question: How do you fix p2453 error code

P2453 comes on after a long run on Motorways.
On clearing code it will come on again within 10 miles.
I've used particulate filter cleaner and high rev runs and does clear the problem, but it keeps returning. - Any ideas . It seems to be opposite to other DPF problems
