Question: how do you find a short in the wires? I REAPLASED starter all the lights come

when I turn the key lights come on but wont turn over

    seek help from electrical shop as its impossible to explain with all circuits involved

    maybe it's not a short(sparks and blown fuse(s) , but an 'open' , like a disconnected wire to the starter solenoid?What was the reason for replacing the starter to begin with?
