Proper headlamp aiming equipment is needed. A crude adjustment is drive up to a wall on a level parking lot, mark a chalk cross mark to indicate the center of each head lamp, back up 25 feet and aim the head light to the middle of the cross mark or use your "good" head lamp as a pattern for what is "good" The information is year make and model specific, covering repair procedures, torque specifications, fluid capacities and specifications, service bulletins, component locations, wiring diagrams ect.... Where is the adjusting screw? Is it the long screw that has a plastic wing nut on the back side of the head light assembly.
