You need to remove the rear seat and there is an access panel which also has to be removed to get to the pump.

you probably DO NOT have a fuel pump problem. let a good
Mercedes shop check this out before wasting your money on

These were my toughs also, but whenever I give an answer like this, I keep getting a thumbs down. Now I just try to answer directly to the question - no matter how un-logical and against basic trouble shooting steps or common sense and how much extra money it will cost them. ; )

Thank you very much, you were spot on with the location. Turns out when I removed the seat my fuel line was leaking gasoline right under where my child sits! very helpful.
