The heads were recently replaced due to a break in the left side head. While my girlfriend was driving to work oil poured out of the plug on the right rear head and onto the exhaust. The plug pushed back in easily with my hand. It must not be installed properly.

Take it back for warranty repair! Also have the rear camshaft bearing cap checked for proper torque! If not tight enough, can lead to the plug popping out!!!
Thank you for your reply. Girlfriend had the car repaired in VT just prior to moving to NJ. The shop is not returning phone calls and I want to fix the problem so I know it is done right.
