    Its best to use a memory saver plugged into the ODB2 socket under the dash to retain memory for everything in your car. Make sure battery is replaced with the key off!
    Maybe look on Youtube, look for battery replacement on a vehicle similar to yours. AAA come out and change batteries if you are a member.
