Follow this procedure by removing the bolts in the upper intake housing and once loose use a wire to tie the assembly and pull it hard up toward hood. This will give you about 5 or 6 inches to work with. http://www.justanswer.com/toyota/57l7a-toyota-avalon-replace-ignition-coil-2006-toyota.html This should be your firing order from a 2007 avalon http://images.search.yahoo.com/images/view;_ylt=A2KJkPq1PsRP1W0AZVKJzbkF;_ylu=X3oDMTBlMTQ4cGxyBHNlYwNzcgRzbGsDaW1n?back=http%3A%2F%2Fimages.search.yahoo.com%2Fsearch%2Fimages%3Fp%3D2006%2Btoyota%2Bavalon%2Bfiring%2Border%26fr%3Dyfp-t-526-1%26fr2%3Dpiv-web%26tab%3Dorganic%26ri%3D4&w=336&h=447&imgurl=ww2.justanswer.com%2Fuploads%2Fdrivefast1971%2F2010-11-13_145158_1.gif&rurl=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.justanswer.com%2Ftoyota%2F47tbe-2007-avalon-v-6-firing-order.html&size=4.5+KB&name=2007+AVALON+V-6+FIRING+ORDER+-+JustAnswer&p=2006+toyota+avalon+firing+order&oid=adfa3b07ddd1df082622904c708bbf88&fr2=piv-web&fr=yfp-t-526-1&tt=2007%2BAVALON%2BV-6%2BFIRING%2BORDER%2B-%2BJustAnswer&b=0&ni=96&no=4&ts=&tab=organic&sigr=1283qvebf&sigb=13q1us7ss&sigi=12072rtv1&.crumb=cYIcXFC/YpB
