How do I remove the rear brake rotors? on 1998 Mazda MPV

Is there a trick to removing the rear rotors on this vehicle? I know they've been on there for awhile, but they aren't budging... not even with serious hits from behind with a hammer. Any thought?

They are either rusted to the hubs or have the attaching screws at the hub or they have a pressed in bearing at the hub you haven't looked for/seen. If you are going to replace them and they are rusted then knock hell out of em.
