Question: How do I remove the incompletes from my PA emissions test? I have 2 inc.

I only need to remove one of the incompletes to pass the test. One of them is the evap and I forget what the other one is.

    Most vehicles should have over 1/4 tank of fuel and not be completely full. Evap monitors are usually the last to run, because they are hard to do. Start out with stone cold engine, then drive it through all types of driving, freeway, surface streets, etc. Don't shut it off until you have driven at least 5-10 miles. You didn't say what the other monitor is, but most are easier than the evap. If you have driven more than 50 miles from cold, there is probably a pending code that needs to be checked out.

    you are allowed 1 incomplete monitor to pass. i would look to set the other monitor as the parameters of the evap are more demanding.
