Most modern seat belts are anchored with a special bolt often a Torx type and are under carpet or trim. Often from being in for years they will rust/corrode and be seized in place. We have all of the special tools to change your seat belt even if seized, though if seized or if someone attempts to change and rounds or strips securing fastener(s) that would require additional cost for labor and fasteners if not provided with replacement seat belt. Please call Michael 456-0722 and he can assist you with getting your vehicle repaired
