The clock reprogramming should be in the owner's manual if it is not obvious. Check here http://repairpal.com/automobile-owners-manuals-online or try this link you may be able to down load a free copy of the owner's manual for your vehicle http://www.autousermanual.com/
The radio code should be in the collection of manuals that came with your car from new. If you don't have it the dealer may have it on file, or be able to give it to you based on VIN#, some cars VW, Mitsubishi, some Acuras you have to remove the radio to get the serial number of the radio before the dealer can give you the radio code. Not sure about the alarm/anti theft reprogram, may need to call a Mercedes independent repair shop. the dealer or look further on Mercedes specific web forums.
