Question: how do i put up a power window manually?

my motor in my drivers side window broke and i want to have the window up untill i get it fixed but its stuck down and wont go down, how do i put it up munually?

JourneymanYou have to remove the door trim panel and untangle the broken window regulator, then push the window up and wedge something in to hold the window glass in the up position.
Doing that is just shy of replacing the damaged regulator, so you might just replace it then.Good luck.Flag ThisLike | 1 person likes this1 -

Visitor, July 21, 2010, 14:34ReplyHave a buddy hit the switch up while you pinch n pull up with both hands on eiher side of the window. If you hear nothing at all check your fuses and the switch itself.
