The sensor has a bracket and bolts on the top.

does it connect to something inside the 3rd member i was told that it maybe the source of the clanking noise and the jerky motion of my left rear tire

It reads the reluctor ring inside the pumpkin, and does not connect to anything but the top of the pumpkin.

can u read my question from this morning and give me your opinion of what u think
ReplyProfessorG, December 29, 2013, 17:55Master
That was very good information and why are you asking about the ABS sensor. The sensor is not the cause of your problem. If the wheel is jerky it could be at the wheel side or in the pumpkin. Like stated it needs to be looked at to be sure where the problem actually is and what needs to be repaire/replaced. Obviously you are not experienced enough to make that determination. Seek some hands on help.
