code p02l65 keep comeing on i check the ebcm relay but problem
would only come back

    Good chance EBCM or the pump motor or both has gone bad. The powers and grounds need to be checked to make sure it is not a electrical problem powering the module. The EBCM has an internal relay which controls the operation of the pump motor. There is no testing that can be done on the relay directly. A noisy pump motor should be replaced with the new EBCM.
