I was driving and i tried to use my horn to say hi to a friend but it didn't work. All i could hear was a clicking sound coming from behind the dash. I checked the fuses and the wiring going to it and it is all in good condition. I also check the relay that controls the horn and the alarm. The alarm also doesn't work. the lights flash but the horn doesn't go off. What else should i look at?

Check power and ground to the horn, it may be the horn is bad. If you can, supply power and ground to the horn and see if it works.

Check for power, fuse. If the fuse is good, you are left with a few things to check, corrosion on the horn connections, or it could also be the clock spring on the steering column. Do all your other functions work, the cruise, lighter, lights and power windows all work?
