How do i fix Rear Air Shocks? on 1995 Cadillac DeVille

My air shock will not lift at the back...I can drive it...but under a load it scrubbs. How do i go about trying to fix it. Will a blown fuse cause it to not lift all the way.

Most likely,the air bladders in the rear shocks are leaking,so you'll have to replace them.You could have troubles with the air lines to the shocks,or an issue with the compressor that pumps them up. It can get pricey,and you investigate putting in standard shocks,if that's an option for that model of car.A knowlegeable mechanic will have to answer that question.

Most likely you have bad air shocks in the rear. If you continue to drive it you most likely will have a bad pump too.
