Question: How do I change the oxygen sensor?

My check engine light came on, and the code indicates that I need to change out the oxygen sensor. I do not know where this is located. Can you please send me a diagram, and instructions? Thank you

    there are 4 sensors, 2 upstream and 2 downstream. you need to tell us which one.
    a code never identifies a bad part, just failed system.
    what is the code number you have?? did you get a real diag or a free code pull??
