To replace the transmission shift light, the center arm rest and center console must be removed. Some of he screws that secure the center arm rest console are accessed by sliding the front sets all the way forward and rearward. You will really need to get a workshop manual to see where all the screws and hardware that secures the console and radio trim are located. It is easy to break trim panels if you don't remove all the hardware. I believe Autozone have some workshop manuals free on line, but you may want to look on E-Bay or Craigslist to see if you can locate a manual on line. A new manual is probably $22 to $100 depending whether you buy the geniune manual or aftermarket manual . The genuine Toyota manual has great detail.
