Question: how do I adjust the oil pump chain

I need to remove the oil pump so I can look at bearings.
the engine model is ALH

    If the Oil Pump Chain is too loose, I would replace it. How many miles are on this vehicle?

    there is about 170,000 miles on the car but I need to know how to remove the oil pump and adjust the oil pump chain
