How can you disengage the alarm system on a 2005 dodge caravan?

My father bought a 2005 Dodge Caravan....he is from old school and hates the alarm systems....he wants to permantly disengage the alarm system....anyone know how to do this?
follow the two wires from horn till it splits. this is where the signal comes from via the electrical system for alarm. peel back the sheathing an inch or so, cut those joining wires and tape them up at the ends. replace sheathing and tape as necessary. the only problem with this way is you wont be able to deactivate the actual alarm system but if it's just the horn that bothers daddy then this"ll do the trick.

if its a factory alarm system its integrated in with the electrical system you,ll have to get a dealer to un-install it,other wise you,ll have problems from it starting,a dealer can permanently disable it for him if that's what he wants,good luck
