Question: how can u tell if fuel pump is out?and does it have a fuel filter

sister had problems starting in morning, then it will run great ,this morning it wont start at tall

    fuel pressure guage will verify if the pump is running. check the fuse but if it is blown, the pump most likely is the reason and will have to be replaced anyway.
    yes, it does have a filter but will not prevent it from starting.
