Question: How can I replace the Low Pressure service fitting on a 1996 Honda Accord.

I felt the refrigerant escaping from the fitting when I finished a recharge.

    Some are replaceable, some aren't. depends where the valve is. I have to see that car.

    I would suggest to push the valve in momentarily and release it quickly. Looks like the valve got some debris in it and hasn't sealed.
