Question: How can I remove a stripped thermostat housing bolt from the engine block?

Trying to change the thermostat, the 12mm housing bolt stripped so I can't remove the bolt with a 12mm rachet

    We would have to tap the bolt hole once we removed it. This repair is going to take some time and patience.
