 Rookie

I just had my car repaired because it wasn't starting and would not even attempt to turn over. Turns out 2 fuses needed to be replaced and the main feed wire to the ignition switch needed to be repaired. But, now the wipers will not disengage, even in the "off" position and my stereo will not turn off when I turn off the car. I've tried replacing the fuse for the wipers, but the problem still persists. I disconnected the stereo just until I can figure out how to fix it.
