How can I check the transmission fluid level? on 1996 Toyota Corolla

For a few weeks, I have noticed some pinkish fluid on the ground under the engine.

The easiest way to find out is. Get someone at your local auto shop to show you where the transmission dipstick is and how to check it. Some cars need to be checked with the trans hot and in park, some don't the service person can tell you this. if no one at that shop will take the time to tell you these things, don't ever use that shop for anything, find one that will it's called customer service.
