switch the coil pack with one from the other bank. cyL#2 or cyl#4 (opposite side) rescan. if the misfire changes its your coil pack.....remember to reset so that you dont get faulty codes...replace the plugs while your at it
The only caution I would give you is that coil boots are often the cause of misfires. As soon as you remove two coils to swap them, you may introduce an unwanted variable in your test - the fact the boots on both coils may leak spark for your retest. I would probably replace all plugs and coil boots and recheck.
