Question: horn wouldn't shut off

How do I get the center pad off from the steering wheel so I can fix the problem? I can not use the horn I had to pull out the relay.

    be careful here. the pad is part of the air bag. if you are not careful, you could set off the air bag.
    there are 4 screws behind the pad that can be removed. remove the battery cable first and wait about 20 minutes so the capacitor discharges and then you can safely remove the bag assembly to acess the horn pad.
