1997 Oldsmobile Cutlass Question: Horn stopped working

Question

My horn stopped working and the fuse is good. Is it the relay not working or the horn itself? I noticed when I took out the fuse my under the hood light went out which also indicates the fuse is good.

Locate the horns at the front of the car/bumper area, get a friend to press the horn and see if you have voltage on the dark green wire to the horn and that the black wire has a good ground. The under hood fuse box has a 15Amp fuse that powers the horn relay. There is a black wire at the steering column that supplies ground to the horn relay when you press the horn switch.

Unfortunately, on your steering wheel there are two wires that touch when you press the horn,,BUT the bad part is that the air bag is also right behind it,,,,find the wires and buy a press switch,, its really cheap. BILL
