Horn problem on 1999 Chevrolet Cavalier

My horn has qiut working. Where is it located and how do I fix it?

The horn fuse in the fuse block, the horn relay, turn signal/hazard switch in the steering column, horn pad/airbag or the horn itself or any related wiring could be the cause. The horn itself is located on the front bumper impact bar behind the front bumper fascia. Good Luck
