How is the horn pad removed to replace the horn pad switch?

First remove the two screws in the back of the steering wheel, this will release the the airbag and horn pad. Open the latches that hold the cover in place, the cover will remain in place because of rivets at the bottom, just fold it to gain access to gain to the horn pad. Remove the two screws that hold the wires of the horn pad, and disconect the wires from inside the steering wheel.
