Question: horn doesnt work

 Rookie

horn doesnt work , have power at fuse and relay , someone told me it could be the clockspring , any ideas

    It could be a failed clockspring. It could also be a failed horn. Try jumper wires to the horn from the battery and hear if it operates. If so, then the horn's good and you have to dig deeper into it.
