1993 Chrysler Concorde Question: Hood Release

Rookie

Most of the time my interior hood release doesn't work. Why and is there a way to manually open it? I have to be able to check my fluids, etc. Approximately how much will a repair shop charge to fix it?

Master

A body shop should be able to look at this and get you a fix without too much trouble. It kind of depends on what the problem is, though.
