In the short time Honest-1 has been serving the Roseville area (since 2007), they have assembled a fine team of service writers and technicians. Three of their technicians are ASE certified, and one is a ASE Master Technician. Their experienced service writers will take whatever time is necessary to give you a full understanding of any problems your vehicle may have, and they will thoroughly review all service and repair needs. This shop has the necessary diagnostic equipment to quickly get to the cause of any problems that may arise. They are also open on Saturdays!

  Terrible shop.
  My vehicle wouldn't start, so I took it to Honest 1 in Roseville. They told me the problem was my fuel pump, and quoted a price of $1,450.00 to fix it (NOT including the filter). I found another place that would do it for under $800.00. On the diagostic/invoice sheet, they also said I needed new brake pads. However, I had just replaced my brake pads myself 2 months before. When I told them I was taking my car to another shop the technician (Byron?) became rude and short with me. Never going there again.

  I walked in excited to find an honest auto shop that I can trust, all I wanted to get done was an alignment and my tires balanced. When I brought it in they said I needed to replace my wheel bearings and front tires. The man told me that if I don't get it fixed soon I would literally lose my tire while going down the road. They wanted $1700 for just the wheel bearings and another $400 for two tires. They wanted $941 for parts.
  I went to Oreillys auto parts and paid under $150 for the parts and brought it home. They wanted $660 for labor and I got the job done in an hour.
  There was nothing wrong with my wheel bearings and the only thing wrong with my tire was an uneven wear pattern from a bad alignment.

  Very Clean waiting area and Very nice Counter Staff. I have had my jeep to other shops that could not figure out the issue that I was having. Within a very short time they had the issue figured out and fixed for very little money. I would recommend this shop to anyone !

  Given an estimate for repairs that I found out were not needed. For what was actually needed, I got it done at a different shop for a fraction of the cost. I will not return based on this experience. This was my first and last visit.

  Pat the person I generally deal with seems very honest and I really trust him. I am sure they are fair in price. I think the most important thing that you feel comfortable with them and that they are not taking advantage of you.

  They take on too many appointments and when they run into something that doesn't go smoothly they push everything back. People have other things to do than to leave their car there all day long.

  I know that they do the 21 point investigation but they didn't talk to me about it. The guy never gave me the information regarding the services that were done.

  After bringing my car there once, I decided I'll never go anywhere else. They were very helpful in making me understand the issues with the car. The staff is professional, friendly and, of course, very helpful. I don't know any other auto shop that offers a 2 year, 24,000 mile warranty on service/parts. Additionally, the shop is eco-friendly and has great discounts for first-time customers. Give them a try.
