    Very Clean waiting area and Very nice Counter Staff. I have had my jeep to other shops that could not figure out the issue that I was having. Within a very short time they had the issue figured out and fixed for very little money. I would recommend this shop to anyone !

    Given an estimate for repairs that I found out were not needed. For what was actually needed, I got it done at a different shop for a fraction of the cost. I will not return based on this experience. This was my first and last visit.

    Pat the person I generally deal with seems very honest and I really trust him. I am sure they are fair in price. I think the most important thing that you feel comfortable with them and that they are not taking advantage of you.

    They take on too many appointments and when they run into something that doesn't go smoothly they push everything back. People have other things to do than to leave their car there all day long.

    I know that they do the 21 point investigation but they didn't talk to me about it. The guy never gave me the information regarding the services that were done.

    I was pleased with quality and the customer service I received when I took my Acura to Honest-1 Auto Care. They finished the job on time and offered me a great guarantee. I was able to used my coupons with not problem at all.

    After bringing my car there once, I decided I'll never go anywhere else. They were very helpful in making me understand the issues with the car. The staff is professional, friendly and, of course, very helpful. I don't know any other auto shop that offers a 2 year, 24,000 mile warranty on service/parts. Additionally, the shop is eco-friendly and has great discounts for first-time customers. Give them a try.
