Honest, Dependable, and Quick
I have been using Honest 1 since they opened. If you are looking for a reliable, dependable, honest mechanics, then Honest 1 is the place to go. You don’t have to worry about any sleazy mechanic `tricks` being pulled on you at this shop. They will diagnose the problem, fix the problem, and if its not fixed, they will take it back and work with it until its fixed. They stand behind their work 100%. I’ve dropped my cars off there thinking that I’d have to spend a fortune to get major parts and systems replaced. Instead of recommending costly and unnecessary work like some shops do because they know you don’t know better, Honest1 finds the real source of the problem and fixed only what needed to be fixed. I’ve recommended his shop to many a friend. Apparently word is getting around, and his lot is full most of the time. Still, the turnaround at this shop is very quick. Mark, the owner of Honest-1 Auto Care, always makes me feel as if my car issue is the most prominent issue he is working on. He and is employees are professional, always cheerful. The waiting room is welcoming, immaculate, as is the shop. My experiences here are always top-notch and pleasant. I highly recommend Honest-1 Auto Care.

Completely satisfied. Friendly courteous staff. Spoke with the shop manager who was very friendly and left me with a greet impression. Work done at a reasonable price. Very professinal and honest, called me with an estimate prior to doing the needed work. Told me I needed rear brakes and rotors and that the front brakes were totally fine. When I came to pick up the car they told me that they were able to resurface the rotors instead of replacing them and the price was 150 dollars less than the estimate. I will definitely take my cars to them again.

Tony and mark are true professionals! I brought my car in for what I was sure major problem, Tony quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it. The problem was a broken vacuum line. They truly are the home of honest mechanics. They also have the nicest bathroom I have ever seen in a auto repair shop.

Mark and Tony assessed my problem honestly and then it turned out to cost less than they thought. Many places, like Goodyear (on Easton Ave.) would have tried to fix things that weren't necessary in order to increase the cost. Thank you so much! Down to earth honesty. I have brought on numerous occasions several of my fleet trucks as well as my personal vehicles to Honest One for repairs in the past three years. I have always been wholly satisfied with their professionalism, turn around time and most of all their honesty. It is always white glove service at Honest-1. Their automotive knowledge is A+ and their attention to detail is fantastic. Every oil change is done quickly and professionally. There is always a sheet put down so that my floor mats don't get stained. Their waiting area provides various comforts of home such as comfortable leather chairs, a fresh cup of coffee, and internet availability. To top it off, the prices are always amazing and I feel like I am treated fairly. My Honda Civic will never be worked on by another shop... ever!

The name says it all HONEST. They tell you what is wrong with your vehicle, and they will always tell you the price of a certain repair before they charge up your bill.
My car needed to be towed, honest-1 got the tow truck for me and paid for it no questions asked.
The people who work there have great personalities, and they truly do want to help you.

The is the best car shop! I have been coming here for about two years. I come to them for everything, major repairs or something as minor as an oil change. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, understanding and very customer focused. They know their stuff and they do their job extremely well. I have only had great experiences with them. My parents also come here and have been for years now. They are the only mechanics our family trusts!!I Highly recommend them!

These guys are great. They took care of everything for me. Anyone would be hard pressed to find a shop that will do what they do. They handled everything from dealing with the warranty company to making sure I was being delt with properly.
I would refer them to anyone who has an automotive need. Honesty & integrity at its finest!
