Service explanation and subsequent changes in what was needed to complete the job amounted to considerable additional costs. This was poor diagnosis and no choice but to continue with the service. Up-charge on the parts was excessive.

It took three visits for them to fix the suspension in the car that I had repaired by them. And each time I took it in they recommended another 1500$ plus in repairs to the car, instead of first fixing the real problem that they caused the first time it.

I hardly ever write reviews but this place deserves the effort. Read the other reviews and stay away. I've gone here a few times and have never been treated so poorly. The front desk staff is slow, loud and rude. I asked for a full synthetic oil change with a road trip package they offer. I confirmed 3 times my desires. The paperwork I got at the end indicated basic oil. The staff was upset that I kept confirming the services I received. I was still not convinced I got the right oil so I called the next day to confirm what oil I got. The associate said he was sorry that I got standard oil. I made an appointment to get the oil changed but requested not to have to deal with the same staffer that confirmed twice I got synthetic oil. I arrived at the new appointment and the same staffer was there with no one else available to assist me. He became argumentative saying they have it in their computer that I got the right oil. Some one wasn't being honest at Honest-1. I requested he have a manager call me. A week later and no call, so I called. The manager promised to check the paper logs and call back (which he did promptly). This is where bad things got worse.

The manager told me I was over reacting and that the correct oil was used. I got no valid response when I asked why then was the paperwork and the called associate saying that I got standard oil. I pointed out the dishonesty and immediately the manager screamed over the phone that he has been in the industry for decades and that I was rude for questioning him. I mentioned that my local co-workers have had similar issues and that I'd ensure this experience would be shared with all who will listen. He ended the call by saying "good, I don't want your business and I hope you never come back. In fact, I may come visit you at your job to chat about this." I will never return to the shop that has a great sign in their lobby that they don't follow. Very disappointing!

Note: I've waited a few weeks to post this in case I heard an apology or anything further but alas nothing. I also take issue with their neighborhood solicitation but that's another story...

Brought my 2000 Ford focus there.

They charged me for repairs they did not make. For example. I needed a new serpentine (sp?) belt to go along with the replacement of the pully. They replaced the pully, but left the old belt in place, yet charged me around 100 bucks to replace it. I'm not the kind of person to bother going back and calling a garage on such is mistake. Why, because clearly they have NO quality control and I don't want them touching my car again.

Honest? NO. Suggest they rename their business if this is how they are going to do business.
