Honest-1 Auto Care
I took my Toyota Landcruiser to this shop on a recommendation from a friend for a rear main seal repair. Upon leaving the shop I noticed that my oil gauge wasn't moving. When I got to my home,(22 miles away) I checked the oil to find no oil in the car. I put 3 qts. in before the dipstick showed that it was full. I called the next day and told the owner that my oil gauge wasn't moving and asked if this was normal. I was told that it would only show pressure and that everything was fine. I had the car back in the same shop a week later for a radiator hose and they apparently didn't check their work or to see if the car had oil. Being a woman and not knowing much about cars, I believed that my car was repaired. Needless to say, my motor burned up in just a few weeks. Mark, the owner refused to take responsibility. He wants me to bring my car back to his shop at my expense and pay for a new motor. His offer is to put a motor that I pay for in at no cost. I have already paid this man over $1200 to ruin my car. No Thanks.
