On the first day that I went in, they claimed to have fixed the problem with my car. Later that night, I discovered the problem was exactly the same as before I took it in. I called, and they told me to just bring it in again the next day. When I brought it in, they told me I would need to wait for a long time. Eventually, after several hours with no progress, I asked for a refund and left.
