The 1999-2016 Honda Civic Si engine oil pressure sensor is known to leak from normal operation.

To correct the leak, the sensor must be inspected, properly sealed and installed, or replaced with new.
Certain models can leak oil externally or allow coolant into the combustion chamber due to a faulty head gasket. The head gasket needs to be replaced to correct this problem.
A faulty power window switch can cause the power windows to stop working, or to work intermittently.

The airbag warning light (SRS) may illuminate due to a defective occupant position sensor. Honda has a recall campaign to replace defective sensors on affected cars.
The idler pulley for the AC compressor belt can fail causing a growling type noise. The idler pulley will have to be replaced to stop the noise.
On some models with automatic transmissions, during a cold start at high altitude the brake pedal feels hard. Replacing the power brake booster and updating Powertrain Control Module (PCM) the with a Honda software update is needed for this issue.
The front brake rotors can warp and cause a vibration when braking. The rotors will need to be machined or in cases where they are worn to thin, replaced to correct this issue.
On certain models the drivers seat bushings can wear out and the seat can rock back and forth. Replacing the bushings are needed to repair this issue.
On certain models the windshield wipers will not park in the proper place or won't shut off. The wiper motor must be replaced to repair this issue.
On vehicles that have a sunroof, squeaking can occur. Special anti squeak tape should be applied to stop the noise.
Trailing arm bushings can crack and break resulting in a clunking or rattle noise over bumps. Cracked bushings will require replacement.
