Honda Civic 2003 A/C blower motor will run all day fine. Sometimes when I stop the car and turn it off, and then start the car again a few minutes later, the blower motor does not work. If I drive around for awhile it will start working again. Funny thing. This only happens after I park of an incline. The fuse is fine in the engine compartment.

It's probably the blower resistor, you can find one in ebay for 40$ for example: http://www.ebay.com/itm/HVAC-Blower-Motor-Resistor-2001-2005-HONDA-/230886224893?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&fits=Year%3A2003%7CMake%3AHonda%7CModel%3ACivic%7CSubmodel%3AEX%7CEngine+-+Liter_Display%3A1.7L&hash=item35c1e433fd&vxp=mtr Very easy to replace
