Honda Civic 2003 A/C blower motor will run all day fine. Sometimes when I stop the car and turn it off, and then start the car again a few minutes later, the blower motor does not work. If I drive around for awhile it will start working again. Funny thing. This only happens after I park of an incline. The fuse is fine in the engine compartment.
