The PCM can misinterpret data from the air fuel sensor and set a false Check Engine (MIL) light requiring a PCM update to repair.

The AC condenser failed due to contact with road debris and a lack of protection for the condenser.
When reaching approx. 30 mph a "roaring" sound started coming from the rear of the car. Turned out to be a bad right rear hub/bearing unit - which was covered under 60k mile warranty. There is a TSB 10-028 that has been issued.
The front brake rotors can warp and cause a vibration when braking. The rotors will need to be machined or in cases where they are worn to thin, replaced to correct this issue.
The ABS modulator (hydraulic unit) can leak air into the brake system and cause a low brake pedal. A new ABS modulator will be needed if it is diagnosed to be the source of the leak.
If the brake pedal feels hard the first time it is pressed in the morning, it could be due to a problem with the vacuum supply hose for the brake booster. A revised brake booster hose is available to address this concern.
Plugged moon roof drains can cause a water leak inside the car. The water will usually leak onto the driver's or passenger's head when the car turns a corner.
On some models a mis-manufactured AC evaporator core can cause the AC to cool poorly. The AC evaporator needs to be replaced for the AC to cool properly.
Power door locks can activate intermittently due to a faulty door lock actuator in the driver's door.
The air/fuel sensor, located in the exhaust system, may be damaged by moisture in the exhaust resulting in illumination of the Check Engine Light. Replacing the damaged air/fuel sensor and updating the powertrain control module (PCM) software should correct this concern.
Front compliance (lower control arm ) bushings tend to crack and break requiring replacement.
Some models have shift quality problems when shifting into third gear. A new "third gear set" from Honda will address this issue.
A poor electrical ground can cause the dome light not to work.
